Five stories of condos over two levels of parking designed to blend with Oakland’s Waterfront Warehouse District — listed in National Register of Historic Places. Contributed to the revitalization of the Warehouse District and Jack London Square.
Master-planned community on the site of a World War II Kaiser Shipyard, incorporating townhomes and retail space. Part of the Marina Bay Specific Plan. Developed side-by-side with a public developer.
Mixed-use podium building over street-level retail in the heart of the Uptown District. Helped to re-energize entire Uptown area, which is now home to trendy restaurants, the restored Fox Theater, hundreds of residential units and frequent community-friendly events.
