One of the first landmark buildings in the Mission Bay master plan area, three blocks from AT&T Park. This residential condominium building contributed to the revitalization of King Street and the entire China Basin Area by bringing a high quality lifestyle to a redevelopment area.

Oakland, California

Five stories of condos over two levels of parking designed to blend with Oakland’s Waterfront Warehouse District — listed in National Register of Historic Places. Contributed to the revitalization of the Warehouse District and Jack London Square.


Anchor Cove

Richmond, California

Master-planned community on the site of a World War II Kaiser Shipyard, incorporating townhomes and retail space. Part of the Marina Bay Specific Plan. Developed side-by-side with a public developer.


Broadway Grand

Oakland, California

Mixed-use podium building over street-level retail in the heart of the Uptown District. Helped to re-energize entire Uptown area, which is now home to trendy restaurants, the restored Fox Theater, hundreds of residential units and frequent community-friendly events.


Broderick Place

San Francisco, California

Mixed-use development, incorporating historic San Francisco business Falletti’s Foods and designed around a central plaza. Helped to revitalize the North of Panhandle (NOPA) area wit quality foot traffic as well as up-and-coming residents.


Brooklyn Basin

Oakland, California

Abandoned warehouses and manufacturing lands are being transformed into a sustainable urban mixed-use master-planned community on the Oakland Estuary—a move forward for a forgotten part of Oakland’s history.

Single-family home community including land donated and a building created for a non-profit women’s shelter.

Master-planned community surrounded by vineyards. First homes approved as part of the South Livermore Specific Plan.

Oakland, California

Transformed historic Durant Motor Factory into award-winning mixed-use community. Attracted first full-service grocery store and bank to East Oakland in more than a decade. Cleaned up and retained popular local businesses on the site.

Outdated retail, remodeled in the 1960s, was restored to its 1920’s original facades and repurposed as incubator space for local business entrepreneurs in the emerging Uptown Oakland location, next to SDG’s own mixed-use Broadway Grand.
